I'm selling my mercedes because i just bought a new car, and no longer have any use for it.. I got into a wreck and was rear ended last week, i was planning on fixing it up because it has a rebuilt motor, brand new radiator, water pump, alternator, cam and crank shaft sensors, and spark plugs and runs really strong. But i'm having a baby in 3 months and could use the $ the trunk won't stay closed on it now, but would make a really good project car for someone who knows a lot about cars.. Good semi rare car for sale. Low miles for the year and well taken care of. Ive had the car since 2014 and have loved it. I did some preventative maintenance things when i first got the car. It had a bad drivers side engine mount that is a typical issue with this model. The mounts are filled with hydraulic fluid to isolate engine vibration and drivers side can leak over time. The car also had a leak in the trans pan gasket and had the trans serviced at the same time. It has since been a great car and ive really enjoyed it. I did put new tires on the car last september and they may have 3000 miles on them. I also just replaced the crankshaft position sensor. The amg cars are very special and the engine is hand assembled. The car still has the factory windshield with the signature from the factory installer. Motor trend did an article on this car when it came out titled: the sedan that thinks its a corvette. Its a great road trip car and still looks classy. Most people are surprised that its an '01. For a 360 hp factory hot rod, it gets decent mileage, i average 20-23 per tank. Call or text me with any questions. Im not interested in trades or companies helping me sell my car.
